Sleep Talking May Be a Sign of Sleep Apnea

Sleep talking is quite common. If someone has told you that you talk in your sleep then you may be wondering why. Sleep talking along with other symptoms is worth discussing with your doctor to see if sleep apnea is a possibility.

Some other symptoms to pay attention to are waking up tired consistently, headaches, difficulty concentrating, and depression.
